This sauce is made with the best ingredients and the preparation process is carried out with the same care as if it were made at home. All its ingredients are roasted on a comal over a low heat, thus enhancing its flavours and allowing the skin of the ingredients to melt & toast giving that smoky touch that we all like. The ingredients are then ground in a volcanic stone molcajete as they have done since pre-Hispanic times.

Deze saus wordt gemaakt met de beste ingrediënten en het bereidingsproces wordt met dezelfde zorg uitgevoerd alsof deze thuis wordt gemaakt. Alle ingrediënten worden op een laag vuur op een comal geroosterd, waardoor de smaken worden versterkt en de schil van de ingrediënten kan smelten en roosteren, waardoor die rokerige toets ontstaat waar we allemaal van houden. De ingrediënten worden vervolgens gemalen in een vulkanische stenen molcajete, zoals ze dat al sinds de pre-Spaanse tijd doen.
